Many people, myself included, suffer from stress, anxiety, and the dis-ease that comes from carrying around energy, past events, and feelings that no longer serve us. Using the healing power of Reiki, I help you to release blocked energy, restore balance and flow to your energy system, and alleviate stress, tension, and anxiety.
I also help you transform your life by using Reiki for specific purposes. Through the power of Reiki, I can help you change your life in ways you’ve never imagined.
Healing as a lifelong process
I believe that healing is a lifelong process. It requires intention, practice, and the desire to evolve. I try to do something each day that helps to move my own healing forward. That includes self-Reiki, yoga, meditation, running, and going for long walks with my dog. I am a lover of words and enjoy reading and writing.

I am trained in the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage with the following credentials:
In December 2018, I received my Reiki Level 1 certification from Maureen Spencer, RN, M.Ed., Reiki Master Teacher.
In February 2019, I received my Reiki Level II certification from Julie Taberman, Reiki Master Teacher.
In December 2019, I received my Reiki Master certification from Valerie York, Reiki Master Teacher.
